摘要
基于中国2007年地区经济投入产出表及其生命周期评价(EIO-LCA)模型,构建江浙沪3地的部门温室气体排放矩阵,从直接排放和隐性排放2个视角分析碳排放在部门间的分布结构。结果表明:(1)电力、热力的生产和供应业的直接排放量最大;(2)工业的隐性排放量最大,且其隐含排放量主要源自生产链中的电力、热力的生产和供应业;(3)上海为碳排放净输出地区,江苏为碳排放净输入地区。
Building the matrix of departments' carbon emissions in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai based on the 2007 economic input- output table and Economic Input- Output Life Cycle Assessment (EIO- IGA) model. Analyzing the structures of distribution and differences between the departments by two aspects including the direct emissions and the implicit emissions. The resuhs show that: (1) Direct emission from Producing and Supplying Electricity and Heat department is maximum; (2) The maximuurn implicit emission is from Industry department, and its implicit emission is mainly from Producing and Supplying Electricity and Heat department; (3) Shanghai is the carbon exporting city, Jiangsu is the carbon importing province.
