摘要
为辅助油菜育种中合理选配亲本以及加快遗传改良进程提供可靠依据,采用SSR标记对37份甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系和59份不同来源的恢复系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:62对SSR引物共扩增出177条多态性条带,平均每对引物为2.9条。材料间的遗传相似系数为0.57~0.93;以0.62为阀值,将96份材料划分为7个类群。除了2365AB及2149AB外,其余35份隐性核不育系聚在类群Ⅱ和类群Ⅲ中,恢复系聚在类群Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ中;虽然隐性核不育系间的遗传差异较小,但是有14份隐性核不育系与19份恢复系间的遗传距离大于0.7,这对育种工作有重要参考价值。
In order to provide a reliable basis for assisting in selecting parents rationally of rapeseed breeding and accelerating the genetic im-provement processes, the genetic diversity analysis of 37 cabbage type rape Recessive Genie Male sterile ( RGMS ) lines and 59 different source restorer lines was conducted using SSR markers. The results showed that 177 polymorphie bands were amplified from 62 pairs of SSR primers (2.9 bands per primer). The similarity coefficient between each two materials was 0.57 - 0.93, with the threshold of 0.62. the 96 materials were divided into seven groups. In addition to 2365AB and 2149AB, the remaining 35 RGMS lines were classified into Groups Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ ; The restorer lines were distributed into all groups except Group Ⅲ, respectively. Although the genetic difference was small between RGMS lines, the genetic distance was beyond 0.7 between 14 RGMS lines and 19 restorer lines, which was of great reference value to the breeding work.
