摘要
研究不同栽培模式下烤烟生长发育规律和光合特性。试验设计3种栽培模式,模式1为当地常规试验,地膜覆盖;模式2在常规基础上氮素用量增加2.5 kg/667m2;模式3在常规基础上移栽期推迟10 d。结果表明:在生长发育方面,模式2的生育期被延缓,但株高、茎围等农艺性状以及叶层宽、顶宽、底宽都以模式2最高,模式1的叶层高最低,而最大叶层宽在叶层高上的位置以模式3最高;光合特性方面,模式1的色素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率在整个生长发育期内最高,模式2的蒸腾速率最低,模式3的色素含量、净光合速率最低,而气孔导度和胞间二氧化碳浓度3种模式区别不大。
The growth and development rules and photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco under different cultivation patterns were studied. The three kinds of cultivation mode were designed, as mode 1 : a local routine test, mulching; mode 2 : the increased nitrogen use of 2.5kg/ 667m^2 on a regular basis; mode 3 : the transplanting postponement of 10 d on a regular basis. The results showed that: from the aspect of growth and development, the growth period of mode 2 was delayed, but agronomic traits and leaf layer width, top width, bottom width, mode 2 was the best, the width of leaf layer of model was the lowest, the location of leaf layer's width of mode 3 was the best. From the aspect of photosynthetic characteristics, during the period of entire growth and development, the pigment content, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of mode ol was the highest, the transpiration rate of mode 2 was the lowest, the contents of pigment content and photosynthetic charac- teristics of mode 3 was the lowest, however, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of the three modes were not signifi-cant.
