摘要
根肿病是甘蓝生产上重要病害之一,但目前国内对其危害程度仍没有统一分级标准。本文依据室内接种试验和田间调查自拟了一个分级标准,并参考国内常用的陶伟林、司军、王恩彦提出的3种分级标准。应用这4种分级标准分别对田间随机抽取的150株甘蓝进行分级,调查分析了4种分级方法的病情指数差异,比较分析了4种分级标准不同级数与地上部分鲜重、结球鲜重之间相关系数大小差异,计算了4个标准中最高级数未结球株数占未结球总株数的比率。结果表明,作者自拟分级标准所获得病情指数大小居中,能较好地评估病害发生情况。地上部鲜重和结球鲜重与作者自拟标准级数相关性均为最大,表明作者自拟标准在4种分级标准中最为合理,应用结球鲜重大小变化来反应病害严重度更为科学。作者自拟标准的未结球情况集中发生在分级级数9级,所占未结球比率最大,比其它3种方法更能反映出生产实际状况。综上所述,作者自拟标准总体上优于其它3种方法,具有较高参考应用价值。
Clubfoot is one of important disease on cabbage production, but there is still no single classification standard on its hazard level up till now. Based on the indoor inoculation test and field investigation, a classification standard was built referring to methods of Tao Weilin, Si Jun, Wang Enyan who proposed 3 classification standards and were in common use in China. 150 strains cabbage were selected randomly and made rating for them with the four classification standards, the disease index difference was investigated and analyzed among the four classification standards, and the correlation coefficient differences were comparatively analyzed between the each series of the four classifica-tion standards and the ground part fresh weight and knot ball fresh weight, and the ratios of no knot ball of the highest series of the four clas-sification standards in the total knot ball amount were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the disease index of writer' s was placed in the middle, and could access the disease epidemic situation scientifically. Ground part fresh weight and knot ball fresh weight were both correlated mostly with our classification standard, indicating that writer' s classification standard was the most reasonable among the four classification standards. It was more scientific to apply the knot ball fresh weight' s variation to response clubfoot single severity. The cab- bage which had no ball was set level 9 in our grading standard, and the ratio was the biggest, so the investigation results depending on our grading standard could reflect the actual situation of production. Above all, writer' s classification standard was superior to other 3 methods, and had higher application value.
