摘要 胰岛素是治疗糖尿病的重要药物,传统的皮下注射给药方式给患者带来了痛苦和不便,研究者们一直致力于胰岛素新型给药系统的研究,以期寻找到方便、顺应性好、损伤小的给药方式。本文对近年来胰岛素新型给药系统的相关文献进行综述。 Insulin remains to be an important antidiabetic drug. The tradition availability of insulin is subcutaneous injection which brings pain and inconvenience, so researchers pursued convenient and compliant routes of administration of insulin with little injury continuously. This review covers various delivery systems of insulin on the basis of recent literatures.
