摘要
针对我国粮食机械企业设计手段落后的问题,进行基于SolidWorks的砻谷机零部件CAD/CAM系统的研究开发.对系统体系结构进行了分析,论述了三维参数化零件库的构建方法,对系统中的一些关键技术进行了研究,包括零件模型参数化设计、三维虚拟装配与干涉检验、基于Simulation的有限元分析及基于NC代码库的CAM模块等.该系统实现了砻谷机零部件的快速设计和仿真分析.
To solve the problems of backward design means of grain machinery manufacturers in China, we proposed the development of a CAD/CAM system of parts for a rice huller based on SolidWorks. We analyzed the system structure, discussed the construction method of a three-dimensional parametric parts library, and also studied the key technologies of the system. The system included a parts model parametric design module, a three-dimensional virtual assembly and interference inspection module, a Simulation-based finite element analysis module, a CAM module based on NC code library and so on. The system could realize quick design and simulation analysis of parts for the rice huller.
