本文阐述了石油化工行业在工程建设项目中实施设备监理的发展历史,介绍了中国石油化工集团公司实施设备监理的有效管理措施及目前行业发展面临的主要问题,并通过案例详细说明设备监理在石油化工行业项目建设中的重要作用和国家立法的紧迫性及必要性。
This article summarized the development of plant engineering service in engi- neering projects in petrochemical industry. It introduced effective equipment management measures adopted in Sinopec Group China and raised key problems faced by Sinopec at the development of the industry. Through elaborating with cases, this article advocated the importance of plant engineering consulting service in petrochemical industry as well as the necessity and urgency for the national legislation.
