基于盲孔法的T92钢管焊接残余应力研究 被引量:2

Measuremnet of Welding Residual Stress of T92 Steel Tube Based on Blind-hole Method

摘要 运用盲孔法分别对拘束和无拘束、不同的焊速和热处理温度条件下的T92钢管焊接残余应力进行了测试。试验结果表明,其他焊接条件相同时,焊接残余应力随焊速的增大而减小;热处理温度过低会无法达到减小残余应力的目的,同时推断出750℃左右是最佳的热处理温度;同时,当焊件存在外部拘束条件时,焊件残余应力会增大,焊件热影响区的残余应力值均大于焊缝区的残余应力值。 The welding residual stress of T92 steel tubes was tested using blind-hole method under various conditions, such as with and without constraint, have different welding speeds and different heat-treatment temperatures. The testing results shown that the welding residual stress increases with the welding speed decreasing when other welding condition is the same. The residual stress can not be decreased when the heat-treatment temperatures is too low, and the best heat-treatment temperatures is about 750 ℃. Simultaneously, the welding residual stress is bigger, and the welding residual stress in heat affected zone is bigger than that in weld zone when the weldment has external restraint.
