摘要
某公司生产的P110钢级套管探伤合格率低,结合该产品生产过程对外表面缺陷的宏观、微观进行了分析。结果显示,缺陷为轧制过程中的小折叠。通过改进措施,有效改善了缺陷。
Percent of pass of P 110 grade casing produced by a corporation in flaw detection was low. Combined with the production process,the outer surface defects were analyzed in macrography and micrography. The results show that the defects are small folding in rolling process. Through the improvement measures, the defects are improved effectively.
