摘要
辅助性T细胞17(T help 17cells,Thl7)是机体内存在的一种新型的不同于传统辅助性T细胞1(T help 1 cells,Thl)和辅助性T细胞2(T help 2 cells,Th2)的CD4+效应T细胞,该细胞是由初始T细胞前体分化而来,具有独立的分化和发育调节机制。活化的Th17细胞通过分泌白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-17、IL-21、IL-22等细胞因子导致炎症和疾病的发生。Thl7细胞及其细胞因子在感染性疾病、自身免疫病以及移植排斥反应中发挥重要的作用,但在肿瘤免疫中的作用却知之甚少。目前已在人类多种恶性肿瘤组织及外周血中检测到Thl7细胞及其细胞因子的存在,关于Thl7细胞及其细胞因子在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,究竟是促进肿瘤还是抑制肿瘤仍存在较多争议,是近年来肿瘤免疫研究的热点。文中就Th17细胞并其相关细胞因子在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
The T help 17 (Thl7) cells are the new type of CD4~ effector T cells which are different from the traditional T help 1 cells( Thl cells) and T help 2 cells(Th2 cells). These eells differentiate from the initial T cell precursors, with independent differentiation and developmental regulation mechanism. Activated Thl7 cells induce inflammation and disease by secretion of intedeu- kin 17 (IL-17), IL-21, IL-22 and other cytokines. Thl7 cells and eytokines play important roles in infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and allograft rejection, but are poorly understood in tumor immunity function. Nowadays, people have detected Thl7 cells and cytokines in a variety of human malignant tumor tissues and peripheral blood, but their effect on the genesis and development of tumor is not defined, tumor promotion or tumor suppression is still controversial, so it is the hot spot of tumor immunity research in recent years. In this paper, we review the research progress of Thl7 cells and the related cytokines in tumor.
