摘要
即刻负载可显著缩短牙种植修复治疗周期,且临床成功率较高,其临床应用日益广泛。即刻负载种植体实现骨结合,最重要的需求就是控制骨种植体界面的微动,过度微动会对骨结合产生不利影响。文中就过度微动阻碍骨结合的生物力学机制以及微动的控制方法进行综述。
Immediate loading can significantly shorten the repair treatment cycle of dental implantation with a high success rate, and therefore has been gaining a wide clinical application. The most important requirement to achieve osseointegration for immedi- ate loading implant is to control micromotion on the bone-implant surface. Excessive micromotion would adversely affect osseointegra- tion. This review summarizes the biomechanical mechanisms of excessive micromotion obstructing osseointegration and the methods to control micromotion.
