摘要
X频段1 000 W连续波高功放采用了全固态方案。但受到单个固态器件输出功率量级的限制,必须采用功率合成的技术途径实现。方案采用模块化设计技术、独立散热技术、分散滤波技术、灵活的调幅调相技术和模块化合成技术等多种先进措施,使设备各项技术指标都达到了设计指标,满足了实验要求,合成效率达到80%以上。由于采用模块化方案,因此较易实现设备的维护和维修。其稳定性和可靠性也已历经了2年多的实验验证,未出现问题。
Development of 1 000 W continuous wave high power amplifier for X-band adopts a solid state approach. However, power output level of individual solid state device is limited ,power synthesizing technology requires. An approach is proposed combining modular design, independent cooling, dispersed filtering, flexible phase-amplitude modulation, and modular synthesis, which makes equipment technical parameters meet design specifications and experimental requirement. The synthesis efficiency is over 80%. And modular approach facilitates equipment maintenance and repair. Its stability and reliability have been proved through experience for two years, and no problem ever takes place.
