摘要
通过相关实验,研究了不同掺量情况下的自燃煤矸石植生型生态混凝土的制备工艺和性能。试验结果表明,随着煤矸石集料掺量的逐步提高,生态混凝土强度逐步下降,但下降幅度不大,pH值适中,可以满足植生生态混凝土的功能要求。随着集料级配的增大,生态混凝土的强度逐步下降,孔隙率逐步提高。采用P.O 42.5水泥、20~40mm煤矸石、中砂、外加剂ZS-2等原材料配制的植生型生态混凝土,在强度、pH值、孔隙率等方面均可满足植物生长的要求。
The preparation process and properties of coal gangue eco-concrete for planting has been discussed in the condition of different addition amounts of coal gangue through the relevant experiments. The results show that with the increase amount of coal gangue, the strength of concrete decreases gradually but its decrease range is somewhat, and the pH value is moderate. The strength and the pH value can meet the need of the functional requirements of coo-concrete for planting. With the increase of the aggregate gradation, the strength of concrete also decreases gradually but the porosity of concrete increases Step by step. The coal gangue eco-concrete for planting prepared by P. O 42.5 cement, 20~40mm coal gangue, medium sand, ZS-2 admixture can meet the demand of plants growth in strength, pH value, porosity.
