介绍了固体催化剂的常用成型技术和成型设备,并研究催化剂成型过程中操作条件及添加剂的变化对催化剂机械强度、物化性能及催化性能的影响,综述各种成型方法的成型原理及其在实际生产实践过程中的应用。
The common forming technology and equipments of the solid catalyst, and the effects of operat- ing conditions and additives on mechanical strength, physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalysts in the process of catalyst molding were introduced. The molding principle of different molding method and their application in the process of practical production were reviewed.
