二氧化氯对煤储层的化学增透实验研究 被引量:27

摘要 针对传统煤储层物理增透使用高黏压裂液破胶困难,引入油气田常用的强氧化剂——二氧化氯作为破胶剂。同时,通过显微镜发现不同煤阶煤经二氧化氯浸泡后均有不同程度的刻蚀,且煤阶越低,刻蚀越严重。渗透率对比测试证实二氧化氯可以提高煤层渗透率,而且原始煤储层渗透率越高,渗透率增加的幅度越显著。实验结果说明二氧化氯不但有助于高黏压裂液破胶,还可对煤储层氧化刻蚀实现化学增透,为二氧化氯在水力压裂中的应用提供了实验支撑。 To solve the traditional gel-breaking problem that occurs when high viscosity fracturing fluid is applied to improving the physical permeability of coal reservoir, the strong oxidant-C102, commonly used in oil and gas field, is introduced as the gel-breaking agent. Meanwhile, it is discovered through examination by microscope that different coal ranks soaked by C102 present with etchings in varying degrees, and the lower the rank, the greater extent of etching. Moreover, the permeability comparison test demonstrates that C102 can increase the permeability of coal reservoir, and as the permeability of original coal reservoir rises, the increasing extent of permeability becomes more notable. The resuits show that CIO2 is not only helpful in the gel-breaking of high viscosity fracturing fluid, but also contributes to im- proving the chemical permeability of the coal reservoir' s oxidation and etching. The study provides an experimental support for the application of C102 in hydraulic fracturing.
