满江红在不同氮浓度中对氮、磷的吸收效果 被引量:6

摘要 采用单一变量差减对比法,研究了满江红(Azolla imbricata)在氨氮、硝氮比例下的生长状况,同时检测满江红植物组织中氮含量的变化,以确定能促使满江红具最佳氮吸收效果的氨氮、硝氮浓度及比例。结果表明:不同氨氮与硝氮比例对满江红的生长存在差异,氮浓度过高和过低都不利于满江红的生长,而氨氮更有利于满江红的吸收;满江红对水中的氮、磷有很好的去除效果,在短时间内就能使水中氮、磷浓度迅速下降;植物组织中的氮、磷含量均随水中氮浓度的增加而升高,但水中较高的氮浓度可能会降低满江红的固氮作用。 To optimize the application ratio of ammonia and nitrate in Azolla imbricata, the growth characters, as well as nitrogen and phosphorus concentration of A. imbricata under different concentrations of ammonia/ nitrate ratios were investigated using a single variable differential contrast reduction method in the present work. The results indicated that different concentrations of ammonia/nitrate ratios diversely affected A. imbr-cata. Excessively high or low nitrogen concentration was not suitable for the growth of A. imbricata, and am-monia was more convenient for the absorption. A. imbricata demonstrated a superior scavenging effect on ni-trogen and phosphorus in water, which might promptly reduce their contents. The nitrogen and phosphorus contents in A. imbricata closely correlated to the concentration in water. However, high nitrogen concentra-tion in water could inhibited nitrogen fixation of A. imbricata.
