摘要
在借鉴国内外本科护理教育课程体系改革的基础上,根据新时期的社会需求,对四年制本科护理教育的课程体系进行了改革。通过完善人才培养目标、优化课程设置结构、深化课程内容、强化实践教学环节四项改革举措,从而构建以社会需求为导向的课程体系,为培养符合社会需求的高质量护理人才打下基础。
Drawing upon the experience of the reforms at home and abroad, orienting social needs, this paper presents a program reforming four-year undergraduate nursing curriculum system. By means of optimizing the training target, the curriculum structure, the curriculum content and the practical teaching, this reform aims at designing a curriculum system orienting social needs and laying a foundation for cultivating qualified nurses meeting social needs.
