摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在流行病学教学中的应用效果。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选择临床医学专业五年制本科2008级共152名学生,以班级为单位随机分成PBL教学组和传统教学组。结果 PBL教学组成绩优良率显著高于传统教学组。PBL教学组学生对教学方法满意度要显著高于传统教学组,在提高了学习兴趣、培养自学能力、提高分析解决问题与协作和沟通的能力、提高表达能力以及增加学习负担方面PBL教学组学生认同率要显著高于传统教学组。结论 PBL教学法能有效提高临床医学专业流行病学课程的教学质量。
Objective To study the application of PBL in experimental teaching of epidemiology in the student of clinical medicine. Methods 152 students were selected. They were divided into the PBL group and traditional method group at random. The teaching effects of two groups were compared. Results The excellent rates of PBL group was higher than that of the traditional method group. Conclusion PBL can effectively increase the teaching quality of epidemiology.
