摘要
本文从中国对外贸易出口现状入手 ,分析了出口所面临的几个主要问题。影响外贸发展的因素是多方面的 ,但继续深化体制改革非常重要。调整产业结构 ,提高出口退税率 ,加快退税进度 ,在 2 1世纪 。
The paper,by analyzing the present situation in China's foreign trade, probes into some major issues in export. There are various factors affecting the development of foreign trade, but it is of vital importance to deepen structural reforms. Adjusting industrial structure, inceasing export drawback rate and quickening the pace of drawback are measures to be taken to tap the potentialities of foreign trade in thw next century.
