摘要
分析了高职院校顶岗实习和实习就业基地建设的互动关系,认为顶岗实习是高职院校培养具备综合职业能力中高级应用型人才的重要途径,实习就业基地建设是学生顶岗实习实施、管理和目标实现的基本保证。指出了目前高职实习就业基地建设及学生顶岗实习存在的问题、原因及解决的途径。
The interaction between vocational college internships and internship employment bases is analyzed. In advanced career technical colleges, internship is a chief way of training talents of application type who possess comprehensive career ability and comprehensive quality. And the construction of practice and employment bases can guarantee the implementation, management and achievement of the goal of students＇ internship. The causes of the problems existing in the construction of the bases and during the course of students＇ practice are pointed out, and countermeasures are proposed.
