摘要
重庆市主导工业选择要与工业化水平相适应 ,与国家宏观产业政策相协调 ,发挥地区资源优势并利用有利条件。同时 ,考虑在全国地域分工中的地位和作用、现有生产力水平下效益比较、产业关联度及其对地区工业与经济发展带动作用等因素 ,实现工业产业结构的调整 。
Chongqing City's choice of leading industries should fit its level of industrialization, be coordinated with the central government's macro policy of the industries and make full use of its local resources and advantages. Meanwhile, elaborate considerations must be given to such factors as the city's position and role in the national distribution of industry, the comparison of economic returns in the light of existing productivity, interrelations among its industries, and the industrial incentives to other ones and to the economic development in the whole city. The realization of its readjusting industrial structure should be based on the industrial system of choosing major machine building, chemical and medical industries as its leading ones in the course of the great west development.
