摘要 研究了在不同温度下盐度、pH值对东方小藤壶耗氧率和排氨率的影响。将采集的东方小藤壶成体经暂养放入不同温度(12,16,20,24,28℃)进行驯化,调节盐度(20‰,25‰,30‰,35‰,40‰)、pH值(4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0)适应两天后,进行6h的代谢试验并测定其耗氧率和排氨率,结果如下:东方小藤壶耗氧率和排氨率随温度的增高先增大后减小,分别在温度为20℃和24℃时达到最大值。相同温度下耗氧率和排氨率随盐度的增高先增大后减小,当盐度到达35‰时,东方小藤壶的耗氧率和排氨率达到最大值。相同温度下其耗氧率和排氨率随pH值的增高先增大后减小,当pH为8.0时,耗氧率和排氨率达到了最大值。 This text study on zhe effect of Chtharnalus challengeri on the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate in different salinity and pH at same temperature. The adult were put into zhe sealed environment with different salinity levels seawater (20,25,30,35,40) and different pH lev- els seawater (4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0)in it ,the experiment time was 6 hours and then measured each of the oxygen consumption rate. The main results were as follows: When the temperature rised up,the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate were increasing at first and decreasing at last. The maximums was at 20 ℃. and 24 ℃. When the salinity rised up, the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate was increasing at first and decreasing as follow. The Minimum was at 35‰. When the pH rised up,the oxygen consumption and the ammonia excretion rate rate was increasing increasing at first and decreasing as follow. The maximum was at 8.0.
