摘要
人才培养是高校工作的重中之重。当前人才培养体系存在一些不足:过于标准化的培养目标、缺乏整体观的培养方案制定、学科分化过细的课程体系、尊崇线性思维式的课程设计、过于偏重规律性知识的培养内容,需设置弹性化及多样化的培养目标,制定具备整体观的培养方案,构建超越学科边界的课程体系,设计注重人的因素的课程,增加锻炼思维能力的培养内容。
Talents training is one ofthemost important tasks ofthe college. There are some dis- advantages of the current talents training system: too standard^zed tra^ningobjectives, lack of holistic view in the design of trainingprograms, toometiculous discipline differentiation in cur- riculumsystem, linear thinking Style design of curriculumsand overly dependence on the regularity knowledge in the training content. Some improvements should be made, including setting elastic and various training objectives, developing training programs with the overall concept, building cur- riculumsystembeyonddisciplinaryboundaries, designingcourses that focus onhumanfactorsand in- creasingcontentsthatfocusonimprovingstudents' thinkingability.
