摘要
随着超声滚压加工在铜瓦机加工艺上的应用和推广,与传统的机加工艺相比,铜瓦的表面粗糙度显著降低、表面显微硬度却得到提高,扩大了铜瓦PV值的许用范围。本文通过运用粘着摩擦理论,对此工艺引起的PV值变化情况进行了分析。
With the application and promotion of the ultrasonic rolling extrusion process in copper tile machine, the surface roughness of the copper tile has been significantly reduced by comparing with the traditional process. The micro-hardness of surface has been improved, which enlarges the PV allowable range of copper tile. The adhesion friction theory has been adopted in the text to explain the change of PV value caused by this process.
