摘要
目的:建立护士合理的绩效考核薪酬分配制度,提高护士工作满意度。方法:将工作量、工作风险系数、上级考评、同级考评、技术含量纳入考核中,对我院护理人员进行考核。考核半年后对全院护理人员进行问卷调查,比较改革前后护理人员的工作满意度及对护理工作的态度改变。结果:绩效改革后护士的工作积极性较改革前有了极大的提高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:绩效制度的实施提高了护士的工作积极性和护士的工作满意度,提高了护理工作的效率和质量,提高了护理管理水平,体现了优质护理服务的内涵。
Objective: To improve the job satisfaction of nurses and promote the efficiency and quality of nursing, formulated a rational system of performance appraisal and pay distribution. Methods:The workload, risk factor of work, evaluation of leadership and colleague and technical content were selected to as- sess nurses in our hospital. A questionnaire survey were conducted in our hospital after half year. The job satisfaction and work attitude of nurses now were compared with the previous. Results : The implementation of this system improved the enthusiasm and satisfaction for work the difference was statically signifi- cant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The implementation of this system improved the enthusiasm and satisfaction for work, promoted the efficiency and quality of nursing, improved management level of nursing and reflected the meaning of quality nursing.
