摘要
阐述了连续管水力机械切割技术的工艺原理和特点,介绍了该技术配套工具(连续管连接器、剪切释放接头、油管锚、螺杆马达及切割刀)的结构及原理。试验及应用结果表明,连续管水力机械切割工具油管锚定可靠,泄压后易于回收;割刀切割油管迅速,油管切割断面均匀;切削下的铁屑颗粒均匀,在井中不易缠住割刀口,可避免发生堵塞刀口现象;油管锚、马达和水力机械割刀动作协调一致,符合性能要求。
The technological principle and feature of coiled tubing (CT) hydraulic cutting technology were ex- pounded in this paper. The matching tools of the technology, such as CT connector, shear release joint, tubing an- chor, screw motor and cutter knife, were introduced with regard to their structure and principle. The test and appli- cation show that the tubing anchoring is reliable and it is easily retrievable after pressure relief. The knife cuts tub- ing fast and the cutting section of tubing is even. The cut scrap iron particles are uniform and they are not easy to entangle the cutting knife edge, thus avoiding the appearance of blocking the edge. The movements of tubing an- chor, motor and the knife are in agreement with each other, reaching the requirement of performance.
