摘要
长丝变形加工会引起原丝束系统熵值增大,并进一步使纱体结构和性能发生变化,基于查明变形纱拉伸特性与成纱熵变之间关系的目标,设计并纺制了10只变形纱样品,并对其有关性能进行了测试分析。结果显示,随着成纱熵变和紊乱度不断增加,变形纱线的强度损失率和断裂伸长损失率迅速上升,最高均可达到50%。在空气变形加工基础上进一步复合异收缩变形过程,成纱熵变和紊乱度值继续增加,但强度损失率曲线的上升态势趋缓,断裂伸长损失率曲线则明显下移。
Texturing process will led to increasing of filaments system entropy, which will further influence the structure and the properties of the textured yarn dramatically. To indicate the relationship between texturing entropy change and the stretching properties, 10 textured sample yarns were designed and spun, and then tested. The results showed that along with the increasing both of the entropy change and disorderness degree, both the loss of strength and the loss of elongation at break grew quickly, up to the 50%. When multi-differential shrinking was introduced, the ATY' s loss of strength curve was flatten, as well as its loss of elongation at break curve was laid down. At the same time, both of the entropy change and disorderness degree kept growing.
