摘要
活性染料/十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)悬浮体系可实现活性染料无盐节水染色。为探讨该体系中活性染料在棉织物上的染色机制,采用C.I.活性红195进行染色动力学研究。用准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型对C.I.活性红195在D5悬浮体系染色和传统水浴染色中所得的实验数据进行分析,计算了染料在2种体系中的染色动力学参数。结果表明:C.I.活性红195在D5悬浮体系和传统水浴中对棉织物的吸附均符合准二级动力学模型;活性染料/D5悬浮体系染色时,染料的平衡吸附量显著高于传统水浴染色,半染时间显著缩短,染料在短时间内几乎完全上染。
The advantages of dyeing in the reactive dye/D5 ( decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane) suspending system are water-saving and sah-free. In order to investigate the dyeing mechanism of reactive dye on cotton in this system, adsorption kinetic study of C. I. reactive red 195 was carried out using under neutral condition. Pseudo first-and second-order kinetic models were used to analyze the adsorption kinetic data, and dyeing kinetic parameters of reactive dye/D5 suspending system and conventional reactive dyeing were calculated. It was found that the adsorption kinetic behavior of C. 1. reactive red 195 in both dye/D5 suspending system and conventional dyeing system follow the pseudo second-order kinetic model. The new dyeing process can increase the amount of dye adsorbed at equilibrium and reduce half-dyeing time.
