摘要
目的:研究设计一种基于B/S模式的社区健康服务网络平台,解决社区医疗服务落后的问题。方法:采用面向对象和模块化设计思想,应用基于.NET的程序设计和数据库访问技术,以C#和Java Script为开发语言进行设计开发。结果:面向社区的健康服务网络平台经过测试运行,实现了居民健康档案的便捷管理,满足了社区用户和医生远程交流和诊断的需求,并提供网上预约、健康教育、健康评价等远程医疗服务。结论:系统平台给社区居民提供了更方便快捷的医疗服务,提高了社区医疗服务水平,在一定程度上缓解了社区医疗资源不足等现状,对社区医疗的信息化、网络化起到了推动作用。
Objective To design a community health service platform based on B/S. Methods The object-oriented and modular design, programming ways based on .NET and database access technology were used to establish the platform, with C# and JavaScript as the development languages. Results The trial showed that the platform could be used for the management of the residents＇ health files, tele-consultation, doctor subscription, health education, and etc. Conclusion The community health service platform can conquer the problems from the insufficient community medical resources, and contribute to the informatization of the community healthcare.
