摘要
针对建设工程风险的特点,对最低价格密封招标法中存在的几种风险及其产生的原因进行探讨,阐明建设工程风险管理中两种主要方法的优点,并对风险的控制和防范进行可行性研究。
According to the characteristics of construction project risks, it explores in-depth study of several risks and its causes in the lowest price sealed bidding method. It clarifies two main methods of risk manage- ment in construction projects, and discusses the feasibility of risk control and prevention.
