摘要
通过江西省重生行动项目对唇腭裂患儿的家长提供围手术期免费社会心理支持服务,唇腭裂患儿家长对患儿的情感与态度均呈现出积极的变化,90%以上的家长均希望以后继续得到社会工作者的帮助。建议唇腭裂家长的社会工作服务应在政府主导下多方合作,注重慈善机构的长期跟进,通过重生项目的实施,促进中西部地区医务社会工作的发展。
With the implementation of Rebirth Action Program,social support for psychological well-being has been provided in the perioperative period to the parents with children afflicted with cleft lip and palate,free of charge.The results indicated that those parents have developed more positive emotion and attitude towards their children than before,and 90 percent of them long for continuous help from social workers.It is suggested that in the future government-directed multiple cooperation and long-term follow-up support by charitable organizations be taken to facilitate the social work offered to those parents.Furthermore,Rebirth Action Program is expected to play a key role in the development of medical social work in Midwest China.
