摘要
历史视角中的中国现代大学制度建设路径,是根基于现代大学制度的本质内涵,把它放在中国特定的历史发展进程中彰显其应有之义。基于我国现代意义上的大学建立,我们走过了一条移植和模仿、学习和借鉴、自主和创新之路,一百余年的大学历史发展是我们宝贵的历史遗产。在缺乏理性色彩的功利主义和缺乏人文情怀的工具主义的传统文化思想观念下,我国的现代大学制度建设之路异常艰辛,"照搬模式"、"依附发展"和"路径依赖"的建设方法,使建设我国现代大学制度之路不时走上歧途。反思我国传统文化惯习,应对我国大学建设与发展的现实问题,我国现代大学制度建设应该树立问题意识,提倡实践路径,注重学习和借鉴世界一流大学的经验与教训,突出制度创新,强调创建高等教育的中国模式。
From a historical perspective and based on the essence of the modern university institution,the way to establish the modern university institution in China still lies in the special historical process of its own development.In order to build up a modern university institution,China has gone through the following steps： transplantation,imitation,learning,copy,self-determination and self-innovation,which leave us valuable historical heritage with university development of more than 100 years.However,owing to the influence of utilitarianism and instrumentalism of the traditional conception and culture without rational thinking and humanism,it is really difficult to construct the modern university institution in China and such ways as ＂copying＂,＂attached development＂ and ＂path dependence＂ have misled China in its construction of the institution.Hence,in view of China＇s traditional culture and the practical problems with the construction and development of its colleges and universities,we should try to create a Chinese model of higher education by cultivating the awareness of problems,advocating a practical path,learning from the first-rate universities in the world and attaching importance to institutional innovation.
