摘要
提出中国物流人才发展的战略构架和指导原则,并针对物流人才培养现状的问题,分析并提出促进中国物流人才发展的措施,包括发挥政府管理职能、改革创新人才培养模式和教学内容体系、加强动态管理、完善培训体制、实行人才资源开发管理等,同时指出应加强物流类专业教学指导委员会的作用,保障发展战略和措施的推行。
In this paper, we pointed out the strategic vision and guidelines in the cultivation of logistics talents in China and then in view of the existing problems, proposed the measures to promote the development of logistics talents in China, which included wielding the function of the government as an administrator, reforming the mode and curriculum of the innovative talent cultivation system, strengthening the dynamic management system, perfecting the training system, and enforcing the human resource development management, etc. Meanwhile, we pointed out that we should reinforce the role of the teaching committee of logistics-related disciplines and ensure the implementation of the strategy and measures of development.
