摘要
知识和创新集群的关系是一个重要而有趣的研究主题。现有研究主要关注集群中知识中心、位置对于知识交流的作用等;尚待研究的问题是在创新集群场景下知识创造和共享是如何依赖于制度和秩序的,因此就出现了创新集群知识治理的研究议题。知识治理研究是企业理论发展的必然结果。在创新集群框架下讨论知识治理需要考察其恰当性和可能性,前者是指分析层面是否适合、本质含义是否契合;后者是指现有研究积累了哪些可取的思想资源。
There is an important and interesting research issue about relationships between knowledge and innovation clusters. A broad spectrum of the research issue still remain unexplored about how knowledge creation and knowledge sharing depend on the institution and order. So it develops the research issue of the knowledge governance of innovation clusters. The evolution of the theory of the firm leads to the rise of knowledge governance research. In addition, the appropriateness and possibility of the knowledge governance of innovation clusters must be considered, in which the former refers to whether the analytical level and the nature of meaning is fit or not, while the latter means how much the enabled intellectual resources are accumulated in present research papers.
