摘要
高校现行决策机制存在决策相关论证不足、决策主动性不强、预测性决策相对较少等问题。对高校智囊库进行重构,成立以调研处、智囊库秘书处、决策产出处、各专业分库、校外库五个部分构成的决策智囊库,可有效地解决这些问题。
Many problems exist in college current decision mechanism, such as lack of regarding policy decision demonstration, lack of active policy decision, comparative shortage of forecast policy decision. The reconstruction of the repository, the establishment of decision-making think - tank formed by five parts of research, think tank secretariat, decisionaking, the profes- sional pool, produced outside the library, can effectively solve these problems.
