摘要
为简化建模步骤,提高零件建模效率,提出了一种混合建模方法。以剃须刀外壳高效率、表面流线形建模为目标,灵活采用UGCAD特征建模工具并结合自由曲面建模工具方法,并采用了优化的建模方法与步骤。实验结果表明该产品的外壳达到了预期的美观、实用、流线形设计要求,为复杂产品的造型提供了设计思路和方法,对其他类型零件的建模方案具有重要的指导意义。
To simplify the process of modeling and improve the efficiency of modeling, a hybrid method of modeling is put forward. Aiming at the high-efficiency streamline modeling of shaver shell, the character modeling tool of UG CAD, the modeling tool of free curved surface and optimized method and process of modeling are adopted. Experimental results indicate that the products shells accord with the expectant request of artistic, practical and streamline design. It provides design thinking and method for complex products and directs the modeling of other type accessories.
