摘要
本文针对入藏车辆必须面对的高原恶劣的运营环境(气压低,气温低,温差较大,阳光紫外线辐射强等),为提高车窗密封性和对高强度紫外线的阻隔性能,提出入藏车辆采用内压自调型中空玻璃的解决方案,并对内压自调型中空玻璃的工作原理及选型试验进行了详细阐述。
Considering the inclement operation environment (low air pressure, low temperature, big differences in temperature and high intensity ultraviolet ) of plateau faced by the trains entering Tibet, this paper puts forward a proposal, which is adopting insulating glass with automatic interior pressure adjusting function for trains entering Tibet to improve the window airproof performance and insulation performance to high intensity ultraviolet. The paper also gives a detailed description of working principle and type-seleoting test for insulating glass with automatic interior pressure adjusting function.
