摘要 主动配电网系统是适应分布式电源接入进行主动控制与管理的新型配电系统.分析主动配电网系统的可中断负荷特性;基于智能计量技术和通信技术建立柔性负荷控制模型,提出负荷控制策略;并针对主动配电系统电能质量恶化问题,研究基于负荷终端的电能质量在线监测技术,提出基于HHT的电能质量检测方法;主动配电网系统实例仿真分析结果验证了该负荷控制和电能质量监控技术的优越性. The active distribution system (ADS) is a novel distribution system, which can actively control and manage distributed generators. The interruptible load characteristics were analyzed in this paper, the smart metering and communication technology based flexible load control models were established, and the load control strategies were proposed. In order to improve the power quality deterioration problem in ADS, the load control terminal based power quality on--line monitoring technology was also studied and the HHT based power quality monitoring methods were proposed. ADS cases were simulated and the re- sults showed the advantages of the load control and power quality monitoring technologies.
