摘要
参考我国近10年的急诊心肺复苏培训方法,结合本院实际运行情况研究发现,多种培训模式并存,以导师授课模式、视频指导自学模式、模拟急救场景模式为主的急救培训模式,各有优缺点。更新教学理念,创新教学方法,优化传统心肺复苏培训模式是提高教学效果的关键。
To study this text reference to emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation training methods in our country in recent 10 years and according to the practical operation of our hospital. The coexistence of a variety of training modes.There are 3 major modes： instructors teaching mode, the video guide self-study model and emergency scene mode, each with its advantages and disadvantages. Update the teaching philosophy, innovative teaching methods to optimize the traditional CPR training model is the key to improve teaching effectiveness.
