摘要
高校学报是我国学术期刊的重要组成部分 ,走网络化的发展道路是时代发展的必然。高校学报走网络化的道路 ,必须重视研究其网络化后的著作权维护问题 ;加强规范化编辑 ,实现内容规范化与形式多样化的统一 ;充分利用网络这个现代化管理手段 ,强化编辑部的管理。
