摘要
通过引入社会网络结构洞理论对政务微博的微观社会网络结构进行分析,以"上海发布"等2012年新浪政务微博影响力排行榜前十位为实证研究对象,运用社会网络分析软件UCINET对十大政务微博的结构洞进行挖掘,从四个指标分析其微博社会网络的结构洞特点和各微博舆情信息的传播走向特点。研究表明,十大政务微博已经形成多结构洞、涉及面广泛的、稳定的社会网络体系结构,但需在横向、纵向两方面进一步优化,政务微博在未来发展中应考虑有效规模和限制度两项指标。
This paper introduces social network structural holes theory to the analysis of the micro structure of the social network of gov- ernment microblogging. Taking ＂Shanghai Release＂ and other government micro-blogs of the Top Ten Influencial Sina Government Mi- cro-blogs in 2012 as the empirical study object, using social network analysis software UCINET for delving their structural holes, the fea- tures of structural hole of their social networks and the characteristics of the micro-blog public opinion information dissemination are ana- lyzed from four indicators. Research shows that, the ten government miero-blogs have formed a wide-ranging stable social network struc- ture with many structural holes, and need to be further optimized in the transverse, longitudinal two aspects. In the future development of government mieroblogging, two indicators of the effective size and constraint should be paid more attention.
