摘要 着重分析了新排放标准出台后燃煤火力发电机组除尘方式选择的问题,重点介绍了低低温电除尘器、高频电源、机电多复式双区、烟气调质、湿式电除尘器等除尘新技术的发展应用情况;提出国内现有的电除尘器大多数是在近几年建成投产的,除尘效率较高,大多数除尘器离新标准差距并不大,简单地改造成袋式除尘器势必会造成国有资产的重大浪费,因而电除尘器的改造方式应从设备现状、工况特性、现场条件等进行全面的分析,针对各电厂的不同情况,提出最佳性价比、最为可靠的改造方案。 The paper analyzes the selective problems of precipitation mode for coal-fired thermal power generating set after new emission standard came on; introduces the development and application of precipitation new technology, such as electric precipitator with low-low temperature, power supply with high frequency, mechanical and electrical multi and double sections, flue gas adjustment and wet process of electric precipitator etc. The paper brings forward the existing precipitators which have high removal efficiency and meet the requirement of new standard in our country. Therefore, the reform mode of electric precipitator should be analyzed in accordance with the conditions of equipment, working characteristic and locale, and based on the different conditions in power plants, the most reliable reform mode should be selected.
