摘要
该研究针对联合整地机机架变形问题,在力学分析的基础上,设计出一款重型联合整地机,并应用虚拟样机技术建立SolidWorks三维实体模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对工作时机架的受力情况进行模拟分析及对机架进行优化设计。样机的田间试验表明:优化后的机架在工作过程中整机运行平稳、机架结构稳定,没有发生明显变形,是一种少耕灭茬的理想机具。
Aiming at frame deformation,on the basis of mechanical analysis,a heavy soil preparation combined machine was designed.Virtual prototyping technology was adopted to establish three-dimensional model by SolidWorks,and simulation analysis was conducted for bearing condition of frame when it is working use finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The field experiment indicated that the frame running smoothly,structure is stability and has no significant deformation in the work process after optimization,it is an ideal machine in minimum tillage.
