摘要
目的:观察米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止12-20周妊娠的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年06月-2012年11月来我院要求终止妊娠的妊娠妇女116例,随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,观察组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇,对照组采用羊膜腔注射100mg依沙丫啶,观察比较两组用药到有规律宫缩时间、产程、产时产后2h出血量、妊娠物排出时间及引产成功率等指标。结果:观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止12-20周妊娠效果显著,具有安全、快捷、经济等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of 12 -20 weeks pregnancy. Methods： 06 2011 -2012 year in November my courtyard requirements of pregnancy pregnant women 116 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and 58 cases in the control group, the observation group with mifepristone combined with raisoprostol, the control group using amniotic cavity injection of 100mg ethacridine, two groups were observed and compared to regular uterine contraction time, production process intraparmm and postpartum hemorrhage volume, 2h, pregnancy discharge time and the success rate. Results： in the observation group, all indexes were significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Mifepfistone Combined with misoprostol for termination of 12 - 20 weeks of gestation is sate, effective, rapid, ec, onomie and other advantages, is worth the clinical promotion.
