摘要 探讨了 PP333对草坪草高羊茅的生长发育和生理效应的影响。结果表明 ,适宜浓度的PP333可有效抑制生长 ,促进须根的发生 ,提高根冠比 ;抑制生殖生长 ,提高根系活力 ,增加细胞中可溶性糖的含量 ,提高叶绿素 a/b值 。 In response to applied PP333 solution on a optimum concentration of 200 mg/L, plant growth and reproductive development of tall fescue( Festuca elata) were inhibited. Treated with the solution, plant root vigor, the number of fibrous root, root to crown weight ratio, chlorophyll a to b content ratio, soluable sugar level in cells and plant stress resistance ability were all increased.
