摘要
为探索和改进冷冻切片技术在病原真菌形态观察方面的应用,采用新型固定液,将固定、透明、染色集成一体,对传统的植物病原菌切片制作方法进行了改进。结果表明:该方法解决了固定液对人体有毒的缺陷,缩短了操作时间,提高了工作效率,而且容易获得质量较好的切片。该方法可在教学和科研上应用。
In order tO explore and improve frozen section technology of pathogenic fungi on observation, method of traditional frozen section of plant pathogenic fungi were improved in this paper. This method not only solved the defect of stationary liquid toxic to human, shortened the operation time and improved the work efficiency, but also could get good quality section, this method was suggested to appliy widely on teaching and scientific research.
