交流铜排结构对功率模块并联均流的影响 被引量:8

摘要 多个小电流绝缘栅双级型晶体管(IGBT)模块直接并联是大功率光伏并网逆变器设计的常用解决方案。多个IGBT模块并联使用时,模块间输出均流问题是设计难点,也是决定逆变器能否长期可靠运行的关键因素。从涡流场角度出发,分析了多个IGBT模块采用较长的交流铜排并联时,铜排空间结构影响模块并联均流的本质原因,进一步将IGBT模块并联均流问题转化为电路问题,提出了功率模块并联均流的电路模型。从阻抗匹配角度出发,提出一种通过平衡交流铜排阻抗来改善均流度的方法,实验验证了此处分析和解决问题思路的正确性。 Several paralleled IGBT modules with small current is a common scheme to design high power photovohaic grid connected inverters.Current sharing is a significant challenge in the design of paralleled IGBT modules,which also decides the reliability of the inverters.From the view of eddy current field,this paper analyzes the essential reason why AC copper bar structure influences the current sharing of paralleled IGBT modules when the AC copper bar is long.The current sharing issue is further analyzed with circuit diagram,circuit model of paralleled IGBT modules is proposed.Based on the impedance balance principle,a simple method to improve current sharing problem is proposed. The analysis and solution scheme are verified by the experimental results.
