摘要
某住宅楼对隔声要求高,设计中相邻两户间的分隔墙体采用面密度大、隔声效果好的重质墙,优先选用中空夹层玻璃窗,电梯井尽量远离卧室等需要安静的空间并使用双重墙进行隔声。施工中对墙体上开关盒、分户墙上施工洞口及管道穿墙等进行控制,给高要求住宅墙体的隔声施工提供了技术参考和实践依据。
