摘要
以CRH3动车组铝合金车体结构为研究对象,对其进行了力学承载特性分析,依据EN12663标准和《200km/h及以上速度级铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定暂行规定》,对车体强度和刚度进行了有限元计算分析,并结合静强度试验结果对车体承载特性进行了验证,为系统掌握高速动车组铝合金车体设计技术提供了理论依据。
This paper makes aluminum alloy car body of CRH3 EMU as research object. First, mechanical properties analysis of CRH3 car body is done. Then according to the standard EN 12663 and《Temporary criterion on strength design and test identification of railway vehicles with 200km/h and above speed level》, FEM calculation and analysis of car body strength are carried out. And validation to the mechanical properties of CRH3 car body is done by analysis and contrast of static strength test results, which will provide academic evidence for mastering the design technique of aluminum alloy car body for high speed EMUs.
