关于凸轮轴齿轮键齿角加工工艺优化的研究

摘要 分析了凸轮轴齿轮的结构总结了控制其特性的工艺,用软件MINITAB分析、掌握数据变化规律,得出了优化工艺方法,提高了过程的稳定性,使制造中,取得较好效果。 Studiy keyway-tooth space angle of the camshaft gear geometry .The angle data from different processes will be recorded for statistic analysis with MINITAB software. From the data variation, a summary is made on how to control those processes to meet the angle requirement and on how to locate the key process during machining and to optimize that key process to make the it stable. After implementing into production, good results are witnessed.
